Ask a new question. We are in the process of moving back into our physical office vidfo some brand new Polycom meeting room devices. I can easily incorporate the meeting room as a resource and get cohference invitation to show donference on the system, but I cannot successfully connect to a Teams meeting from the device. It says it’s unable to dial in. We’ve found that the issue is that the Продолжить invite needs to have the “Join with a video conference device” section in it so that the device has the information it needs to connect.

However, I can’t find a way to add this option to my invites from within Teams. Is this an option that is just especially microsoft teams for video conference to find in Teams, or does this indicate that I need a certain type of license for Teams? We have a confeeence few that have been successful in getting a meeting to launch, but that’s because they had the “join a conference room” option included in their invites. Were you ever able to get an explanation microsoft teams for video conference this?

As you said it can be done but I can’t find the option in the Teams admin portal to enable that link. I am guessing it is a global license component for Teams but I can’t find any information out there. I’m unclear on which system, but I suspect it was some sort of Teams room that was associated with the Poly conferencing system.
